9KM ships products to international customers around the world. For most products, we provide free standard shipping service. 
In general, order will be processed and shipped out within 1 business day. There are some special offers, like giant octopus, customized kite, which may need more than 1 business day to process.

Processing Time 

Orders will be processed within 1 business day after payment confirmed. However, for some specific products, such as giant octopus, the processing time will be more than 1 business day.

Shipping Time

Standard Shipping

If standard shipping is selected, 9KM decides the most efficient shipping carrier for your order, which is based on destination country, order size and all other possibly influential factors. Estimated delivery time excludes custom clearance time which varies according to the country.

Express Shipping

Service of 5 business days or less express shipping is available in certain countries. The shipping fee is calculated according to destination country, order size and other potential factors.
Please contact us (dwlife-9km@hotmail.com) before placing an order if express shipping service is required.

Duties and taxes

International shipping may be subject to tariffs, duties, VAT (value added tax). These costs are not included in shipping charges and they are the responsibility of receivers.

Please note!
If you refuse to pay for tariffs, duties or other costs of the package that has been received by custom, the package will be returned back. We will refund you the order after charging you for the shipping cost and other extra fees incurred.
